ACDE is a member of the international association UNIAPAC (International Christian Union of Business Executives) headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, which brings together Christian associations of business executives throughout the world, mainly from Latin America and Europe.

In Argentina, besides ACDE Buenos Aires, there is an ACDE Federation which includes Bahía Blanca, Chaco, Córdoba, Mendoza, Rosario and Santa Rosa affiliates.
